Maxima Legal is now cooperating with more than 10 regions in developing the PPP sector

As part of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Maxima Legal and the Republic of Mordovia entered into a cooperation agreement on developing PPP regulations, in light of international standards and leading national and international practices as well as federal legislation in the region.

The region became the eleventh part of the Federation to choose Maxima Legal as a legal adviser on PPP matters and on implementing large-scale infrastructure projects. Maxima Legal is already working to improve legislation and to prepare and implement PPP projects in infrastructure in St Petersburg, Krasnodar, the Leningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Tula and Yaroslavl regions as well as in Republics of Bashkortostan and Udmurtia.
