Natalia Diatlova started teaching at the National Research University Higher School of Economics in St Petersburg
In January 2019, Natalia Diatlova, Partner and the Head of the Maxima Legal`s PPP Practice, joined the staff of Law faculty of the National Research University Higher School of Economics. As an associate professor at the Department of Financial Law, Natalia teaches a course on various aspects of public-private partnership to Master’s students. The course covers the concept of public-private partnership, the system of its legal regulation in Russia and abroad, the specifics of legislation on the conclusion of concession agreements and PPP agreements, the choice of the form of implementation of an investment project with public participation, financial structuring and risk management, competitive procedures and other theoretical and practical issues of PPP projects.
