Natalia Diatlova, Partner, Head of Public Private Partnership Practice at Maxima Legal took part in the IX Infrastructure Congress “Russian PPP Week”.

The experts discussed the state of the PPP sector, options for overcoming the crisis in the current political and economic situation, directions for further development and shared their proposals for creating favorable conditions for PPP projects. In particular, within the discussion there was considered the initiative on legislative regulation of the possibility of implementation of the projects in the field of industrial construction by means of the public-private partnership mechanisms as well as some others.

“Russian PPP Week” has been held for nine years, and it is the largest event in Russia for attraction of investments into infrastructure development. Every year, the Russian PPP Week brings together government officials, top managers of financial, investment and construction companies, legal and financial advisors and industry experts.
