Jurist magazine published an article by Vladimir Kilinkarov, a partner, PhD in Law, head of Maxima Legal PPP practice, devoted to the problems of PPP object identification and agreements in this sphere. The article pays special attention to the restrictions that follow in respect of PPP objects from the current legislation, their criticism and justification of the proposals to adjust the legislation in this part.
