The International publication, Best Lawyers, has included Counsel and Head of the Tax Practice at Maxima Legal, Elena Kilinkarova in the list of lawyers in the category of Tax Law, St Petersburg.

Analysts from Best Lawyers have been conducting research of the Russian legal market for over 10 years and for the past three years Elena Kilinkarova has been included as one of the leading lawyers in tax law area.

Elena has been advising on matters of Russian and international taxation, tax planning and assessing tax risks for more than 10 years. In addition to her work in private practice, Elena teaches at the law faculty of the St Petersburg State University and is actively involved in the academic side of law, having successfully defended her dissertation on tax law in 2009.
