Natalia Demina told Pravo.ru how the demands of wealthy clients have changed
Pravo.ru portal interviewed experts in the field of legal support for private clients on how their clients’ needs have changed in the current situation, what tasks are set for lawyers and what skills are expected of them.
Natalia Demina, Partner, Head of Private Wealth practice at Maxima Legal, told Pravo.ru that the work of her team is now mainly related to the sanctions and retaliatory measures taken by the government. In particular, according to the expert, one of the popular requests is for foreign residence status or other grounds for residence abroad.
“Although regulations and restrictive norms are the same for all Russian citizens, there are no and cannot be any flow and template solutions now: tasks are solved individually, taking into account the life and property specifics of a particular family, sometimes in very non-standard ways”, Natalia stressed.
