Business newspaper Delovoy Peterburg has published a column written by Robert Houchill and Head of the Private Wealth Practice, Natalia Demina. The article considers the measures that may be available to UK authorities against wealthy Russians living in the UK. In particular the prospect of reviewing investor visas issued previously and the much-discussed Criminal Finances Act 2017, including requests by law enforcements agencies as the source of wealth.
