Senior Associate at Maxima Legal and Specialist in IP/IT, Maxim Ali has taken part in a discussion titled ‘Home and office as art’ organised by the business club Meeting!. The event was sponsored by Maxima Legal and took place on 14 February in St Petersburg.

Developers, designers, architects and marketing specialists from the real estate sector discussed the technology of project management and design, the modelling of spaces for living and work, along with the prospects for their development.

Maxim Ali drew attention to matters connected with intellectual property, especially those related to the real estate sector. Maxim talked about what can be protected by legislation on intellectual property as well as providing example court cases to offer recommendations to developers and architects on how to best protect their rights and how to avoid breaching the rights of others.
