As part of an appeal procedure in the regional department of the Federal Tax Service, lawyers from Maxima Legal were able to prove that part of the claims resulting from a tax audit were groundless and achieved a reduction of the claims against the client for taxes, penalties and fines by almost 500 million roubles.
