Maxima Legal invites to participate in the Russian International Energy Forum
From 25 June till 28 June, 2019, one of the largest specialized convention and exhibition events in the fuel and energy sector, the 7th Russian International Energy Forum (RIEF 2019) will take place in the city on the Neva.
Representatives of the authorities, major international energy companies and industry leaders, world experts, and heads of relevant universities will take part in RIEF 2019.
In the format of plenary sessions, conferences, round tables and closed meetings, experts will discuss the introduction of digital technologies in the transmission and distribution of electricity, modernization and efficiency upgrading in thermal and power generation, environmental and information security at energy facilities, introduction of energy-saving technologies, the prospects for renewable energy sources in Russia, as well as innovations in electrical equipment. Among the key events of the first day of the forum — panel discussion “Concession agreement – how to achieve balance?”. During the session, the partner, head of the PPP practice at Maxima Legal Natalia Diatlova she will talk about the peculiarities of legal regulation of PPP projects in the field of municipal energy on the example of heat supply
The main event of the Forum will be the Plenary Session with the participation of representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, the State Duma, leading Russian, international and foreign companies, educational and research and development organizations.
Much attention will be paid to HR and social policies in the industry. At the conference “HR and Social Policies of Companies in Development of the Russian Energy Complex”, participants will look into a number of current changing issues, such as digitization of HR management, the pension reform, development of corporate culture, interaction of energy companies with professional community organizations.
One of the much anticipated events is the final of the contest of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation for the best socially-oriented company in the energy sector in 2019.
By tradition, the International Specialized Exhibition “Power & Electrical Engineering” will bring together leading manufacturers of the energy industry, equipment and services suppliers for the electrical and heating networks to present innovative solutions, technologies and equipment. Among them are the leaders of the Russian and world energy market: Electronmash, REP Holding, Gazprom Teploenergo, Gazprom Energoholding, Minsk Electrotechnical Plant named after V.I. Kozlov, PLC Technology, Serpukhov Capacitor Plant KVAR, Russian Export Center, Mezhregiongaz Technologies, ProSoft Systems and many others. In 2019, Chinese companies will join the exhibitors for the first time: Jiangsu Jianlong Electrical Co., Ltd. and Anshan Anza Electronic Power Co. Ltd., as well as one of the leading manufacturers of electrical products in Turkey – MAKEL.
Additional opportunities for Forum participants will be provided by the Business Matchmaking Centre – an annual business event where manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and technologies for energy meet the largest purchasers.
The forum will be held with the participation of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Russian Export Center.
In 2018, the 6th Russian International Energy Forum attracted over 250 exhibitors, 2,500 delegates and 8,500 visitors from 21 regions of Russia and 17 countries of the world.
