Natalia Diatlova spoke at the All-Russian Summit “State and Business: Partnership for the Future”

Natalia Diatlova Partner and Head of the PPP Practice at Maxima Legal took an active part in the All-Russian Summit “State and Business: Partnership for the Future”, one of the key events on the Russian infrastructure projects market. The event was held on May 27 in Moscow and gathered representatives of executive authorities, financial and banking organizations, academia, as well as private investors.

The agenda of the summit was the review and discussion of the investment potential of sectors of the economy in need of creation, modernization and reconstruction of public infrastructure. In particular, parallel sections dedicated to the application of PPP mechanisms in the social sphere and health care, energy and transport were held within the framework of the event.

Natalia Diatlova spoke at the session “Transport Framework of Russia”, where she told participants of the event about the professional challenges faced by Maxima Legal’s PPP team in supporting road construction and urban transport development projects. In particular, the expert focused her attention on the existing legal restrictions and possibilities of attracting financing.

In addition, Natalia Diatlova participated in an “infrastructure test drive” – a series of interactive presentations of PPP projects to be implemented in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, namely, in the Kursk region.
