Natalia Diatlova, Partner and Head of the PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, has taken part in the Infra Summit 2017 that took place on 15 December in Moscow.

The event covered PPP and the prospects in the Russian infrastructure market and brought together experts with proven experience in PPP projects. The event is a productive space for the exchange of experiences and to communicate with leaders in the industry.

Infra Summit is the last significant event for 2017 in the sphere of infrastructure projects and PPP, organised by the InfraClub and the National Association of Concessionaires and Long-term Investors in Infrastructure. As part of the event, issues encountered over the last year was discussed as well as forecasts made for the development of infrastructure in Russia.

During the summit delegates took part in a variety of formats for discussion of current topics in the industry, including a strategic session titled “Managing projects: monitoring performance of obligations under a concession and PPP agreements”, a business game “If Russia has money, why isn’t there any investment?”, a ratings battle “Indicators for infrastructure projects: who counts what and who to believe?”, a focus group “PPP in IT: there’s no money or just no projects?” as well as many others.
