The Graduate School of Management of St Petersburg State University has published a collection of abstracts of the participants of the IV annual scientific conference “Public-Private Partnership in Transport: Models and Experience”. In particular, the publication included an overview of the key amendments to legislative acts regulating the sphere, prepared by Natalia Diatlova, partner and head of Maxima Legal’s PPP practice.
