On April 27, a new article written by the solicitor Robert Houchill and the head of Private Wealth practice Natalia Demina was published in Delovoy Peterburg. The material is dedicated to the bill submitted to the British Parliament. The bill provides for the creation of an open register, including the names of offshore beneficiaries in the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands.
