An American software developer has instructed Maxima Legal to provide legal assistance with establishing the company’s subsidiary in Russia.

Our firm developed the optimal structure for the corporation and the drafted terms and documents to protect the company’s intellectual property, which will be used in a number of countries in the future. Lawyers from Maxima Legal prepared employment contracts and other documents to be used by programmers of e-products. Our work took into account not only statutory requirements but also the standards set by the client, for example, the lawyers developed an alternative route to protect the interests of the client given the restrictions in Russia on the use of non-compete clauses.

“Our firm’s clients include a considerable number of foreign companies, including those that operate in Russia. Years of experience in assisting with their legal matters has given our company unique experience and knowledge of how to quickly and effectively resolve tasks set by foreign clients, including those entering the Russian market”, commented the Managing Partner at Maxima Legal, Maxim Avrashkov.
